"Very nice stay "

"We have stayed in Woods Cross many times, always good. But, the breakfast is severly lacking. No fruit, little yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, coffee weak. No bagels or cream cheese."

"This hotel was awesome! Very clean, friendly staff, and the building reminded me of a ski resort in the mountains. Great property. "

"To be honest, the staffs are not accommodating. I asked for a receipt they didn't provide it and told me that I can look that up in the application. And then they charged me more, I had to call and settle it with Hotels.com before the Hotel try to do something about it. Very disappointing."

"When we got to our room the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Garbage was full and the toilet hadnt been cleaned. Front desk manager gave us another room and it was better. Overall it was good. "

"The staff were excellent! The property was well managed and clean. The Expedia advertisement was not clear about hot tub access, we ended up using the community tub at the resort pool. Found out later that only specific units had their own hot tubs. The other challenge was managing the air conditioning unit. The instructions in the binder were not specific to what we had and it did not function consistently with cold air."
