This is such a comfortable house - the furnishings and bedding were wonderful! The location is prime; just a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants of both Sylva and Dillsboro. We only used the coffee maker and refrigerator, however all appliances seemed top notch. Very peaceful and the screened-in back porch is excellent to relax at. The porch was used much during our stay with the central air and fan not working. The television in the living room was already reported by a previous visitor and the property manager was trying to resolve when we checked in. However the tv never worked. Once the central air and television issues are resolved I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again as the house itself and the back porch were great.
