In this modern holiday home we offer you a holiday apartment for up to 5 persons. In the living area of the apartment you will find a kitchenette with all accessories. Here is everything to spoil your family. The separate dining area in the evening is the meeting place for games or the Klönschnack and cozy get-together. From here you also have access to the large, furnished balcony. The cozy sitting area is a perfect place to relax, read or watch TV. In the lower bedroom you will find a double bed and plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The upper bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobes. The shower room is big enough for 2 and is equipped with a washing machine (extra charge). The Westerland city center with countless shops on the boulevards Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Here you can experience almost big city flair with its bustle and rush. The quiet and idyllic village of Keitum is a 15-minute bike ride away. Old, thatched captain's houses with their beautiful gardens and noble boutiques seduce to stroll. Small, romantic cafes and tea rooms spoil you in between with all sorts of goodies. Experience the charm of the island on countless, well-developed and signposted bike paths. From the nearby bus station you can reach all island towns. We promise you that every holiday shows something new. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. Bautrocker war in der Wohnung und Fliesen haben im Bad gefehlt. Die Fenster waren defekt und die Wohnung war so eigentlich nicht vermietbar. Wir sind am ersten Tag in eine andere Wohnung gezogen. Die Agentur war sehr Entgegenkommend und Verständnisvoll. Nach Abschluß der Renovierung bestimmt eine schöne Wohnung. In dem uns übergebenen Zustand war die Wohnung leider nichts. ##### Alexander L. Vorweg genommen, es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das erste Mal auf Sylt, eine Woche perfektes Strandwetter und die zweite Woche ebenfalls gutes Wetter. Strand, Meer, Landschaft... Alles top. Nun zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine richtig gute Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten zum Strand (bei der Seenot) und keine zehn Minuten in die City Westerland. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als echt groß, sauber und trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße dennoch sehr ruhig. Das moderne Wohnzimmer war gut eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren riesig und die Betten gemütlich. Die Küche, das Duschbad, das separate WC und der Balkon sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Speziell der Belag auf dem Balkon ist an manchen Stellen schon morsch. Dennoch hat dies unserer Urlaubsfreude keinen Abbruch getan, da alles einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Als Bonbon wurde in der zweiten Woche auch noch ein Router für WLAN installiert, ohne dass wir darum gebeten haben. In der ersten Woche haben wir diesen aber nicht wirklich vermisst. Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder... vielleicht ja schon im nächsten Jahr ☺️ Ihre Familie Kamen. ##### Andreas K. Und dann nach 4 Tagen, weil man mehrmals nachfragt hat, bekommt man dann plötzlich einen Cube, denn man abholen musste. Das Licht im DG ging über die gesamte Dauer (11 Nächte) nicht, es wollte angeblich jemand danach schauen, kam aber niemand.
