The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: approx. 34 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a sofa set and the dining area. A double wall bed is placed in the white wall unit. From the balcony you have a clear view of the sea. The kitchen, which is located in the hallway of the apartment, has an oven. The bathroom has a shower. Pets are not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
