Achtung ! Ungenaue Beschreibung und muffige Räume!

Die tolle Lage der Immobilie mit einem riesigen Garten und Traumblick auf das Wattenmeer täuscht leider nicht über diese völlig heruntergekommene Wohnung hinweg! Das Souterrain, Treppe vom Wohnzimmmer aus, enthält das einzige WC, ein Duschbad und ein Schlafzimmer, welches aber fast unbenutzbar ist, da der feuchte und muffige Gestank es kaum erlaubt es zu betreten! Überall waren Spinnen und Spinnweben, die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist ungenügend! Vor den Fenstern im Souterrain hängen Spinnweben und Dreck. Alles wirkt sehr ungepflegt!!! Im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur einen kleinen Eingangsbereich, ein kleines Wohnzimmer eine Treppe ins 1.OG mit der kleinen Wohnküche und Esstisch sowie einem kleinen Duschbad und in einer weiteren Etage ein Doppelbett unter dem Dach. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewetzt, der Kamin nicht gesäubert, alles wirkt ungepflegt… Der einzige Lichtblick ist der Weg in den Garten! Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist nicht nur ungenügend sondern führt zu einer bewussten Täuschung der Räumlichkeiten! Es wird mit keinem Wort erwähnt, dass die Wohnung 4 (!) Geschosse und nur eine kleine Grundfläche hat. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, da die ganze Wohnung ungepflegt, vernachlässigt und abgewohnt wirkt und die muffige Luft aus dem Souterrain auch in der Wohnung zu spüren ist. Der Preis ist niemals gerechtfertigt! Diese Wohnung oder Hausteil ist nicht zu empfehlen!!! Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und abgezockt! Jörn Koch

Charmant

Wir haben uns in dem Haus mit dem Charme alter Sylter Gästehäuser mit der fantastischen Lage sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Blick aufs Wattenmeer, der Wanderweg direkt durch den Garten zu erreichen und der wunderschöne Ort Keitum mit seiner jahrhundertealten Geschichte ließen uns trotz des verregneten Wetters einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub erleben. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich hilfreich und entgegenkommend.

Exklusivste Lage zwischen Keitum und Munkmarsch

Wattenmeer-Blick, riesen Garten, Typisches Sylt-Reetdach-Haus. Sehr gemütlich und sylt-typisch eingerichtete Wohnung über 4 Etagen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, insb. wenn Ruhe und Entspannung angesagt ist. Auto oder Fahrrad ist aber notwendig, da Wohnung weit ausserhalb des Ortskerns liegt.

Schönes Anwesen

Das Haus ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet aber sehr hochwertig und funktional. Der Garten wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist wunderschön direkt am Wattenmeer und wenn in den Nebenhäusern nicht vermietet ist, hat man absolut seine Ruhe. Der Stellplatz vor dem Haus ist äußerst praktisch und bei der Check in Zeit ist man uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Immer gerne wieder!
