First of all I never even got to check in because after Expedia made a correction with my check in date for holiday inn, which they spoke with hotel to complete, I discover upon arriving to hotel after driving 4.5 hours that the hotel was not paid. Apparently, Expedia uses some type of virtual card to pay the hotel after I already submitted my payment to Expedia. So bottom line is that Expedia did not pay for my stay after I paid them to book the room. I am still waiting on my refund from. Terrible experience all around. Highly disappointed

The first room wasn't cleaned very well. The surfaces were sticky and dusty. The room had a strong stinky order. It smelled like feet. The suite downstairs still had a strong odor but it was clean. I don't think I want to stay here again.

The room was clean but the toilet ran all night and day. The check out is at 12, but the house keeper tried to buss in our room at 9am. They didn't say house keeping or nothing just bussing through the door. Then this repeated at 10. So my husband got up and asked whats going on, she stated she was just trying to get a head start. He asked for towels they said the washer was broke. But they found us 1.

The building is in disrepair and need some serious attention. There is mold and mildew in the bathroom around the tub. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. The staff is always amazing at this facility, but the building really needs remodeled, updated and cleaned up. There are so few options in this area to stay and we like to visit our hometown. I don’t want this property to wind up being a five and a six like the other hotels around here.
