For couples seeking a relaxing beach holiday, the area around Agios Isidoros beach is ideal. This stretch of coastline is known for its clear waters and pebble beaches. Many hotels and guesthouses here offer direct beach access and stunning sea views. It's a peaceful spot, superb for unwinding, with a few beachside tavernas providing convenient dining options.

For families, the area just north of the village centre, towards the small harbour, combines convenience with a slightly quieter setting. There are often more spacious rooms here, and it's a gentle stroll to the village amenities while being away from the busiest spots.

If you prefer a quieter experience with pleasant temperatures, late May, June, and September are excellent choices. The weather is still lovely – warm but not excessively hot – and the island is less crowded. This is ideal for couples and solo travellers who enjoy hiking, exploring ancient sites, and savouring local cuisine without the peak season bustle.
