Restaurants, cafes and dining are all within a 10 minute walk distance of the property, and Hunters Hill village center is just a short 5 minute drive away. Dishwasher which was advertised had nice little sign "Sorry - Out of order" I was here for two weeks after which dishwasher was still out of order. The property was certainly cozy. It is a converted loft over a garage. Though I was quite happy with room, my wife found it a little cramped and struggled to do her hair and makeup in the tiny bathroom. The kitchen had everything required to cook a meal, though as a tall person the angled roof was a constant thought. The area in which it is situated is lovely and quiet, with public transport only a few hundred metres away. A ferry will get you to Circular Quay in under 30 minutes. I parked the car and didn't need to use it until we were ready to leave. It's a bit remote from tourist locations; expect some travel time for seeing the sights or even getting groceries without a vehicle. For my purposes this was perfect, spending time walking in lovely residential areas.
