Noise travels easily to the downstairs apartments, so please be considerate. \- Remove your shoes indoors to minimise noise. \- No parties, events, or loud gatherings allowed. 2\. \*\*Guests & Visitors:\*\* \- Only registered guests are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people. \- No unregistered visitors or guests allowed. The gate code must not be shared; visitors should notify the host upon arrival. \- We do not accept third party bookings. 3\. \*\*Arrival & Departure:\*\* \- Notify the host of your arrival and departure on the day of check-in and check-out. \- Your comfort is our priority! If anything\`s not quite right when you arrive, please let us know immediately so we can fix it. \- We supply you with the initial stock of consumables but we do not refresh/top-up these supplies during your stay. \- If any issues arise during your stay, notify the host immediately for resolution. Lost keys will incur a $160 fee for replacement. \- No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property while on the premises or left on the premises after check out. \- Please report any breakages, damage or lost keys immediately. The guest reserving the premises agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage (including lost keys). A beautiful space, great location and so easy to get around with the train station just down the road and walking distance from lots of great cafes/bars/restaurants. Communication with Tia was excellent, we had all the information we needed and check in/check out was really straightforward.
