Parking: You can park all day by the way. If you want street parking right outside the property, it’s $6/hr from 10am - 6pm. Otherwise, if you don’t mind walking, it’s a short walk to INTERPARK carpark at UTS building 10\. It’s a 6-minute walk and you can park all day. For $45.  
  
You have full private access to the property.

\- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)  
\- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)  
\- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)  
\- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)  
\- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)  
\- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)  
\- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)  
\- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)  
  
Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.

Points forts : Propreté

The property was in a great location and the bedrooms and outdoor area were a good size. But the provisions were basic - eg we needed to purchase toilet paper on our first morning. The finishes and layout were also a bit strange and not considered functionally and so it very much had a vibe of being an economical renovation for short term accommodation purposes, rather than a considered reno or anyone's home. It had a bit of a strange smell. Overall it was ok.
