There is a huge ocean facing terrace, 1 x 8 seater dining table, 1 x 6 seater outdoor dining table, 2 smart TVs, a fire pit, BBQ, pizza oven, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, soda stream, sonos sound system, air conditioning, woodfire, underfloor heating and air conditioning. The master bedroom suite has a kitchette/ lounge area and a separate entrance. There are 4 pushbikes, tennis and pickelball gear, 3 boogie boards and other sports items. Oceana is beautifully appointed. Note that the 5th bedroom is the studio \[1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds\] which is detached from the house \[10 steps away\] and it does not have a bathroom or toilet. The street is secluded and so loud gatherings or parties are prohibited. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with a balcony directly overlooking Bilgoga beach. The host was so accomodating with my proposal and small celebration with intimate family members.
