Well maintained. Parking was fine. Had a big car still was ok a bit tight but all good and secure. Pool was nice and clean. Spa heater working but not the jetts were under maintenance. Kids still loved it. Gym and sauna was nice. Sofa bed sheets where brown and dirty, definitely used. Under couches, sofa bed and cupboards under sink and in Kitchen very thick with dust and dirt. Lint from dryer and washing machine not emptied/cleaned. Old sponges should be replaced with new sponges also. The last night was a little dissapointing as we had a resident above us being loud as all hell, clanging, banging, knocking from 10pm to 2am in the morning. Si next day was very tired with 2 kids. Reception not available. Called emergency manager on mobile, she was lovely and apologetic butdaud there was nothing she could do as she has no control of residents above our level. Showers are very small as well. Not really big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids especially with a portacot in the main bedroom.
