Available now. Renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with parking for 1 Car. Perfect location, less than a 2-minute walk to Cronulla RSL, 4-5 minute walk to the beach, The Mall, and Cronulla Train Platform. The train is 3 stops to Westfield's Miranda, and 40 minutes directly into the city. There is an underground secure parking space available, but you will not need a car, everything is so convenient. Great to share, as bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and have their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1- has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilette. Bedroom 2- has a full bathroom next to it with a bathtub, shower, toilette and vanity with mirrored cabinet above. All with fresh towels and linen. Cronulla offers a fabulous beach and night-life. There are many fabulous bars and restaurants and café, pools, beach clubs, surfing and boating.
