Great location, very clean and well maintained. I stayed with my partner for a weekend away in a Deluxe Suite, which was very spacious. The bed and pillows were amazing, and we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience from check in staff to checking out. Got upgraded to a family suite, even though it it was only myself and for one night…which was amazing to have the space. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Hop, skip and a jump to Paddy’s Markets in Haymarket and the Tram service. Definitely will be back

Good location around Chinatown. Kettle in room was faulty, therefore unable to use. Would randomly turn on and then only half heat up. Breakfast when busy hard to navigate as very squishy. Room clean, a good size and comfy beds. Good bathroom.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was in a fantastic location. The shower did flood due to the placement of the drains, but otherwise was a great stay!

The room was otherwise satisfactory; however, housekeeping needs improvement as visible hair was still found in the toilet and on the floor. Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient tram access.

This hotel is located conveniently at Chinatown. We were not notified of renovation ongoing at the lobby and hence some inconvenience was to be expected. Housekeeping was efficient in providing service and kind to offer a room upgrade and bottle of wine for our birthday celebrations!
