Upon check-in the rental was lived in and not clean. We contacted the building manager and were reassured they would send someone out immediately. This did not happen. After a long flight to Sydney and a long day of waiting we accrued a one night hotel fee. The remaining stay was at best mediocre. We were given 2 towels/wash clothes for a 10 day stay. When we asked the building management for more they were hesitant to deliver additional. The bathroom sink did not drain properly the entire stay. Because of all the major inconveniences we experienced, I asked to have our stay discounted. This was not an unexpected request considering the many obstacles we faced upon arrival and throughout our stay. They did not agree with this request and instead dropped off a snack bag with 2 miniature bottles of vodka (I do not drink so this gesture was insulting at best). I would not recommend this rental for a long term stay. It is conducive for someone staying a couple of nights or less. Especially since management is only comfortable providing one small shampoo/conditioner, soap, and one towel per guest regardless the amount of days you're planning to rent. ##### Kathleen G.
