Well appointed, modern, clean, with a great aspect. The entry to the building, lift area, stairs and gardens are littered with old furniture, leaves, and it’s dirty. Well below the standard expected of a property of this calibre.I would not recommend this property because of the poor maintenance of the grounds.I’m happy to share photos to support these criticisms. ##### Trevor H.
