But it’s the heritage touches that really make it. Located inside a converted Edwardian villa on a quiet street, this queen studio features a lovely wrought-iron balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, high ceiling and polished hardwood floor. Additionally, this studio offers a laundry room with washing and dryer machines. Trains are a 10-minute walk with plenty of on-street parking. The space This second-floor studio features a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture, meaning there’s lots of natural light and airflow. There’s a two-person dining setting inside as well, which doubles as a desk for visitors on business. There are two flights of stairs from street level to the property. Access was a several step process from off side-street letterbox with coded dials that were hard to read and operate at night. I had issues with a broken toilet seat and a broken venetian blind in front of the French doors onto the balcony. The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the guy came to measure up the blind and nearly two weeks later it still hadn't been replaced. I had to have the blind either up or down as I had to tie it up to keep it open. I couldn't access the balcony except when it was up. It meant that I had either no privacy or no light in the apartment. They have refunded me two nights over an 18 night stay which made me feel a little better but honestly I could have gone to Spotlight and bought a blind to fit that would have resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. ##### Catherine Mary M.
