Only 1 minute walk to the glistening waters of Snapperman Beach. BASK offers complete coastal elegance in exclusive Palm Beach, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. It’s a perfect place for a weekend retreat, family holiday or just a little relaxation and rejuvenation.  
  
Just an hour north of Sydney's CBD, BASK is perfectly positioned on renowned Iluka Road. With easy access to beaches, headland, foreshore parks, and restaurants.  
  
The space  
Beautifully appointed, the stylish beach house has a coastal retreat feeling that puts you at ease from the moment you pull up in the drive. Featuring bright, open spaces that merge seamlessly to a large outdoor entertaining area and private hedged gardens.  
  
The ground level offers an abundance of space with both formal and informal living and dining options and an open fireplace. The large, fully equipped kitchen is the hub of the home and spills out onto a generous sun deck and alfresco area.   
  
Upstairs you’ll find accommodation for 10 guests. The executive Master bedroom is well appointed with its own private balcony, office space and walk-in robe as well as a large ensuite. Also on this level is another living area with a fireplace and a sunroom that opens onto a large balcony overlooking the gardens.  
  
Please note that bed 11 and 12 are best suited to children. They are fold out beds. These are only available if you have paid for 12 guests. Extra bedding is available on request. An additional $100 per guest will be incurred.  
  
Kids can chill out in a dedicated games room with ping-pong table.  
  
Working remotely is effortless with a fully set up office space with desk, chair and wifi.  
  
There are 3 large bathrooms throughout and a large laundry with plenty of storage.  
  
BASK has multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. The large BBQ area and outdoor alfresco is perfect for family gatherings.   
The front lawn is level lawn and and a long driveway provides off-street parking for up to four cars.   
  
There is ducted, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house.  
  
Contactless check-in with key-less entry.  
  
The spacious front living room is equipped with a smart TV and free wifi – Netflix, Kayo and other streaming services available.  
  
We provide;  
  
All bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your favourite beach towel.  
Tea and coffee pods (for a Nespresso machine)  
All tableware and BBQ utensils   
Kitchen essential (oil, salt and pepper)

Sorry, no parties and no pets   
  
Security cameras have been fitted to the front and back exterior. This is to protect our property and our neighbours. These cameras will be on during your stay  
  
Cleaning  
BASK is our family beach house that we love and take a lot of pride in maintaining. Please respect and look after the property as though it was your own. It's expected that the property is left in a clean and tidy manner. A cleaning fee of $550 is payable on every booking to cover the cost of a professional cleaner and laundering all linen and towels.   
  
If you are staying with us on a Sunday night, we ask that you please place the council bins on the front kerb for collection.

#### Incredible family weekend

We arrived with every member of our family saying WOW this house is incredible. All rooms were sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Our family of 7 adults, one toddler and one baby were there for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The house served the purpose beautifully with separate areas of the house for the guys to relax, the girls to prep and children to play. Two outdoor areas with lounge and umbrellas made it so relaxing and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and all parties commented how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Photos of the wedding party prior to leaving for the ceremony were taken in the Master bedroom which is spectacular and the winding staircase to the front garden. Overall the house was amazing and served our special weekend brilliantly. So close to coffee shops and easy walk to the beach. Moira was so lovely and easy to communicate with. Also very accommodating with special requests. I would 100% recommend this property for a special weekend.

#### Spacious and everything for the whole family

Our host was very prompt with communication and on arrival all we could say was wow! Bedrooms were spacious with sitting areas on both levels to allow family members to find their own space when needed. The outdoor area was like having another two rooms with beautiful bushy gardens. Location is excellent within easy walking distance from shops and the ferry wharf. I wish we'd had more time to spend there.

#### An amazing family break

We spent 3 nights at Bask for a family wedding at palm beach. The house was so spacious that even with 8 adults and 3 children there one of the nights we had plenty of room and never once felt cramped, especially with all the living areas! The house is located in a very quiet street and close to lots of different restaurants and cafes. The house itself was very clean and tidy and beautifully styled. The master suite was a very large and relaxing space to hide away. The gardens were great for our kids who needed to burn off energy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely recommend and stay again.

#### Wonderful house, exactly like the pictures!

The house was absolutely incredible. We stayed in and cooked dinner on Friday and the kitchen is amazing! Has everything you need or could want. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean. Moira was lovely via text too (gave some good breakfast tips!) I would recommend this place in a second and would stay again!!
