Come enjoy fifty feet of beautiful lakefront property. This family home is located on Lake Champlain, within a thirty minute drive to Burlington Vermont. The amazing westerly view offers outstanding sunsets.

3 Bedrooms can accommodate up to six people.
Primary bedroom: 1 King bed
2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed
3rd bedroom: 1 Twin with a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds)

4 Season house with air conditioning and heat.

Amazing stay

It was our first experience renting a rb&b so we were nervous. We were greeted by Moishe and his wife who are amazing people. Location is great with the view on the lake. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Cottage was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. All three beds were very comfortable. Watched the beautiful sunset from the lawn, overlooking Lake Champlain each evening. Our host, Moishe, was lovely and responded quickly to questions prior to our trip. Everything was as advertised. We went inside The Holy Angel Catholic Church, St Albans City....breathtaking! Also, went to Pie in the Sky for lunch; was the best pizza I ever had. Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and extremely well-maintained. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the lovely dock. A perfect getaway for the two of us for the week. Gorgeous views and great amenities including use of kayaks and fire pit with firewood even provided. A great deck on the back allowed for us to hang out and enjoy the view of Lake Champlaine, grill up dinner and enjoy a meal. The beds were amazing- the best week’s worth of sleep we’ve both had in months.

This was a wonderful little cottage on the shore of Lake Champlain that far exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and thoughtfully appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with essential dishes and cooking implements. The lake view and access are phenomenal, and the provided kayaks were a great addition. The hosts were very easy to work with and very kind and gracious. Nearby Saint Albans (10 minutes away) is a scenic and historic town with some good restaurants and shops. This was an incredible Vermont lakefront experience, and we highly recommend this property.

The cottage was super cute with a fantastic view. The beds were comfy. The only issue was the breaker tripped when we were using the microwave. It really wasn't a huge deal. Moishe came right over and fixed it. He got the boats ready for our stay, he was quite attentive to any needs we had.

Amazing cottage!

It was a wonderful experience for our family! Cottage is clean and well organised. There was everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are attentive and friendly. Left very yummy treats for us. 🥰Kids had a great time fishing! Lake was clean. Sunsets were the best! Location of cottage is very convenient. Grocery stores, Walmart and cafes are in 15-20 min distance. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect VT getaway

We were so excited for our trip to Vermont and the cottage did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views of the lake were spectacular. Moishe was a gracious host and was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean, comfortable cottage that is close to everything Vermont has to offer.

Amazing Stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Randy and Moeshe's lovely cottage on Lake Champlain. Randy and Moeshe were so welcoming - even leaving a delicious treat that my college aged kids devoured after our drive. The home was pristine and the location was perfect. We loved our days on the lake and so appreciated the use of their kayaks. The sunset is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen! We hope to be back soon!

Charming lakehouse

My family of 5 loved this home for our lake vacation. The sunsets are spectacular. Having use of the 4 kayaks was a huge bonus for us. The hosts/owners are gracious and super helpful. It was a great location for enjoying the lake, dining in St. Albans and visiting Burlington.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We’ve been to Lake Champlain but this was our first time staying in the area. The cottage is very well appointed with all the amenities you may need and it is cozy, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The view cannot be beat and even though our stay was during a heat wave we still enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing on the deck. We look forward to staying here again!
