« was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

« Nous avons réservés 2 chambres dont 1 a 3 personnes, pour pouvoir accueillir notre fille de 18 ans. Nous avons payés pour 5 et le lit installé pour la 3eme personne était à 30 com du sol avec une épaisseur de 5 centimètres... Au prix par personne j’ai trouvé ça limite. Le pire a été la salle De Bain avec WC avec une fenêtre transparente. Impossible de se lever la nuit pour y aller sans réveiller tout le monde. »
