The people at the front desk were very kind and courteous. They were incredibly helpful and made navigating Seoul much easier for me.

Location is good as it is just across Myeondong, however the way is via the underground shopping street and it is steps down., good thing up on the other side there is an escalator but you must use the correct exit else it is steps up again. so carrying your shopping and up and down the steps is no fun.

Most importantly, the room was clean. Indoor slippers were provided as well. The place is a little ways from the station, so be prepared to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest subway station. Checkin was relatively straightforward- you can use a kiosk to check in/out yourself, and many languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) are supported. There is also a multi-language currency conversion machine available in the lobby. Staff are okay and available at the front desk. My room included beds, a desk, and a small couch. There is a washer and dryer provided on several of the floors, which is very convenient. However, the machines are in Korean, which can be difficult to read and operate. A decent stay for its price.
