Mold on our shower ceiling. Super gross hotel. We left and booked the Hilton and demanded our money back. Had a cough from mold inhalation for 3 days following. Will never go back

Stayed one night for an early morning flight. It was fine but a bit older. Only provided one towel and the hair dryer did not work. It’s fine for what we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bath was deep, just like a British bath should be which I Love. I will say the tap in the bathroom was very close to the basin which made it difficult to wash your hands properly a bit weird but that’s just nitpicky on my part 😂 Everything was good very convenient to Gatwick to get the shuttle bus. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonable - thank you.

perfect for a pre-flight stopover. Bed was comfortable, room was spotlessly clean, and a short ride from the airport on the Hoppa. Felt perfectly comfortable sitting in the bar as a solo traveller too.

It has been a good stay, no major complain. I had an issue with the adaptor and even the front desk agent tried to help me at the end it could not be resolved and i could not work with urgent matters and that was very frustrated. I understand it is not hotel fault but that prevent me to appreciate and enjoy the stay. Staff very kind, dinner eventually is not worthy but no other options and breakfast just average. It could be a good idea to have a kind of gift shop to be able to buy adaptors for example. The supermarket just walking distance is great! Thanks, all was good

Restaurant and receptionist are great, however the room is dirty. The toilet is not the best especially when you flush it appears blocked .

Excellent Value Hotel Option near Gatwick
This is an excellent value hotel which included an amazing hot fresh breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again as it was a short distance from the airport via the £8 rt shuttle bus and the value for money near the airport was on point! It felt safe, clean, and everyone in customer service for both the hotel and restaurant were great.
