The wall is so thin and isn't soundproofed. The room next door came in at 2 am, they turned on tv loud and I think they were fornicating. Couldn't sleep well. Really unpleasant experience. Won't recommend it, and won't stay here again.

It's a good hotel overall, but staff on one occassion tried to enter our room without knocking. On another day staff tried to tell us to check out a day before our check out day that we had paid for.

ac panas, kamar jorok, kamar kecil,

pada bulan juni 2019 saya pesan kamar di hotel.com. lokasi hotel tidak bagus, AC kamar itu suhu 28 c gila panasnya minta ampun, ac bentuk di mall gitu jd gk ada dingin sama sekali. harus pasang AC seperti ac rumah perunik. sempit kamarnya sprei kasur jorok, handuk mandi hitam bau jorok. tidak cocok dgn harga hotel. pengering rambut baiknya buang ke laut saja. kayak maenan anak kecil byk semut di kamar. kamarnya super kecil. dalam kamar ada dinding kaca jadi membuat ruang kamar panas, sarannya pasang anti panas di kaca kamar agar suhu kamar terjadi dingin. wc nya di cuci yang bersih jorok amat. keran air galirnya pelat x tolong di ganti baru udh karatan gitu. kebersihan kamar tdk di control, masih ada sisa sampah, tolong ditingkatkan ya

Nice hotel but many problems

It was overall a nice hotel. Just a rediculous number of problems in the room and with housekeeping. Hotel needs to give attention to making sure the room is ready for guests.

Staff is very helpful. The room is small. But clean. No problem. Thank you for their kindness. 近くに用があり使わせてもらいました。 部屋は狭いですが、清潔感はあります。 ただ、冷蔵庫がなかったので飲み物や食べ物が保存できませんでした。 でもウォーターサーバーが各階にあったので、すごく助かりました。 不満なのは冷蔵庫がないのと、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビ音や話し声、廊下の音などすごい聞こえてきます。

Ett av dom sämre fave hotellen, de va inte ett städat badrum och rummen var små men vi bodde bara där en natt så de va okej! Man får såklart inte någon uteplats eller pool och de ligger inne i stan.
