nice hotel close to shopping mall and other attraction and bed many clacking sound and toilet very dirty and since I stay in hotel about 11 days access by lift away one repair or maintenance

It's small clean room; but comfortable. There is no electric kettle in the room; so I have to go down in cafetaria for hot water for making milk for my son.

many times staying there, feel good , but the sink is still stocking... really need to remove the plug and clean..please ....

here must be the 1st hotel when i was in Surabaya, recently, there is a new "Burger King" open, that is even more amazing... really recommend for everyone

a good c/p value budget hotel
Stayed several nights here, and it is not the first time to stayed here. the breakfast is the most recommended , although not so many kinds than 4 star hotel. but the chef i think cooked better. i will come again

High C/P value hotel.
i stay here from 4 nights totally, pretty like this hotel, especially the breakfast and dinner is quite delicious than other 4 star hotel....i stayed 2 different rooms there , both washbasin is always stuck....it is TOTO, so they need to take out the drainer and remove all the hair or stuff
