Pool w/Opt. Heat, Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Elevator, Crow's Nest Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use. This 2 story home features everything you could ask for at the beach! Home has an inverted floor plan with large decks and a crow’s nest to enjoy wonderful beach views. Location is everything as you have a short walk to a private beach access which is located at the end of the street. Also, within walking distance to the island restaurants, playground with basketball court, candy store, and an ice cream shop. The home offers a total of 5 bedrooms as outlined below. Each bedroom will a full bath and king / queen rooms will have a 43” LED Smart TV and access to an outside deck. Primary Master – 1 King – 2nd floor with private bath Secondary Master – 1 King – 1st floor with private bath BR3 – 2 sets of bunks – 2nd floor (full bath adjacent to bedroom) BR4 – 2 Queens – 1st floor with private bath BR5 – 1 Queen – 1st floor with private bath There is a toddler bed (crib-sized mattress) and a full sized pack and play provided for child sleeping (you will need to bring sheets for either / both). The kitchen, located on the top floor, is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4\. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to create meals at the house, including multiple slow cookers. The dining room has a large open window to take in the views and the farmhouse table has bench seating on both sides (easily accommodates 8-10 people). The living area connecting to the kitchen provides sectional seating and a 65" LED Smart TV. There are games, puzzles, and toys provided for family members of all ages to enjoy. There is a full sized high chair and a rubber booster seat provided to assist younger family members in enjoying meal-time. On the lower floor, along with the three bedrooms, there is a second family room with 65" LED Smart TV and a wet bar with mini fridge. There is a convertible sofa (full sized mattress) in this room if needed. The side door - coming up from pool - leads you through the laundry room and to the half-bath. Perhaps the best feature of this plan is the outdoor space off the back of the house overlooking the pool and offering great views of the ocean. The lower deck is perfect for those that wish to get out of the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze while reading a book or snoozing the day away. The front decks off the street-side of the house give visibility to the intracoastal waterway. A crow’s nest gives vacationers great views of the Holden Beach bridge, boats on the waterway, and some amazing Atlantic Ocean sunsets. After a morning at the beach everyone will love the large private pool (14x30) to cool off. The large wooden deck is perfect for sunbathing or just hanging out by the pool. The custom built tiki bar has a sink and mini-fridge, and the hot tub is a great place to relax after dinner in the moonlight. I came with my family (two kids) and met up with my four best friends and their families (including 2 other kids). The house was perfect. There was space for everyone to be comfortable, come together for rowdy meals, and sit alone on a porch and read. The beach is a house away, so we rolled down with tons of toys from the house and had a blast (while still being able to come back for the inevitable bathroom breaks with kids!). The pool was perfect while the younger kids were napping. It was heated and we all were happy to spend hours in it with a few trips to the hot tub. The house was well equipped with cooking dishes/ needs. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. We would love to come back to Holden beach and would absolutely stay here again!! ##### Clodagh M. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was a favorite of the kids, while the adults preferred the hot tub! The short walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. Being so close to the bridge was definitely a major plus!! This was our family's 11th trip to Holden Beach and this house is definitely one of our very favorites. I was a little concerned about being on the 3rd row, but the walk to the beach was shorter than some of the oceanfront houses we have stayed at in the past. We had 4 families with children ranging ages from 3-18 & they were all entertained the entire time. The kids loved the heated pool & hot tub, the adults enjoyed the tiki bar area & lounge chairs. The beach is super close & this house has plenty of chairs, sand toys, & carts to make the short walk a breeze. The teenagers loved being able to take a short walk tor he beach to go fishing. All bedrooms are fully equipped with linens & towels & comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We loved sitting in the crows nest in the morning while enjoying our coffee. 10/10 house & accommodations, we would definitely stay again! ##### Cindy L. As two families traveling with 5 teenage boys 13-16 years old, we never quite know how things are going to work out. The house is in a great location that allows for views of the ocean and the inter coastal water way. The teenagers could walk to the beach and we could still see them from the crows nest. The owner was up front that he couldn’t guarantee pool heat for our March stay (uncertain weather/air temp) but we rolled the dice and went for it anyway. We had some super windy days, a drizzly one, and a rainy one, yet the younger teens were delighted to have a warm pool to enjoy each day. The elevator was awesome for moving luggage and groceries as needed. We had two questions that required communication with the owner throughout our 7 day stay and he was readily available and helpful. The home was comfortable and clean, and we will surely look to enjoy another stay in the future if the owner will have us! Thank you! ##### Janette P. The house was clean, open with everything you'll need in the kitchen. The hot tub and pool was a favorite. Only challenge was frig space but could be solved in a mid week run vs getting a weeks worth of food on day one. We loved the house and can't wait to book again! The house was beautiful, and the ocean view from the kitchen was phenomenal. Even saw dolphins a few mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, fully stocked house. Do be prepared to climb stairs (even though there is an elevator) and enjoy the stars from the crow's nest. ##### Viv M. Young kids (toddler bed and bunk beds were perfect) up to 70+yo grannies with mobility issues (elevator was clutch!), and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room, heated pool was used frequently by the littles, only got to enjoy the hot tub one night, but Wow!, and the location -- beach an easy stroll for eveyone (with beach cart and chairs provided), and the view from any level of the house was gorgeous, sunsets from the crows nest were tops. We also used the community playground nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Shae was easy to communicate with and a great host. Look forward to return trips! ##### Dyann W.
