Located in a highly sought after location with both ocean and canal views. The sparkling Atlantic is only steps away with a public beach access across the street. Don't forget, BRING THE BOAT! With your very own floating dock enjoy swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Take the elevator up to the main floor of the home to find the spacious common areas of the home decorated with nautical decor throughout. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is a chefs dream with two dishwashers, quartz countertops, gas range, and so much more!
