"Friendly and polite staff always there to greet you when going out and coming back in, whatever the time! Air con worked well. Was nice having automatic controls for the lights and curtains, and amusing when the robot arrived outside my door with the extra coffee sachets I asked for!! Very convenient location, for the MRT and buses, also walking. Room was perfect for me, storage possibly a little cramped for 2. Shower was powerful and hot. I had a digital door key on my phone which worked well, but you can also have a card key. You need to scan these in the lifts which is a good security feature. Didn’t have breakfast as prefer to go out and find local spots. Lots of places nearby for coffee and eating. Would definitely stay here again. "

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning Marina Bay views. Service was impeccable—staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming. "This is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Singapore. It is close to the riverfront. The great breakfast buffet for $20 daily is a real fine. They were very responses to our needs like an extra blanket and charging equipment. Only negative: They forgot to resupply the wash cloths. The staff was accommodating and very kind."
