"I had to leave a review because I read so many ridiculous complaints in the previous reviews. This place was so good for the price. The fact that they serve breakfast and have a decent restaurant on site means you don’t ever have to leave the property. The free beach, umbrellas and buggy bicycles, etc. were such a treat the pool and lazy river was amazing. The room was updated. The beds were clean and comfortable of course nothing is ever going to be perfect but for the affordable price, this place was amazing. Very impressed and only like a two minute walk to the beach not bad at all and could still see the ocean from the room, even though not technically on the beach. This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I visit Cocoa I didn’t experience any of the negatives mention and other reviews, although everyone’s experience is different mine with my two babies was great."

"Its a quaint hotel. Very homey. Loved the dogs and parrots onsite. Breakfast was delicious. Close to beach. Oceanview from balcony. Wine and cheese hour. Just the right size hotel. Easy to navigate. Only suggestion is a privacy wall in the bathroom from the jacuzzi tub and toilet area. Very clean. Nice staff. Will stay again for sure. "

"Close to port Canaveral - very clean - updated rooms. Really liked the layout! Not a lot of food choice in the area. My daughter’s gluten free and we couldn’t eat much in the hotel. "
