Comprising spacious bedroom and en suite, open kitchen/dining area, and sunken lounge looking through French doors onto huge deck and river. Ultra large deck overlooks fish friendly Yangubbi Creek (just 10m away). A lovely kangaroo family lives on the lawns. Seven minutes to buzzy Noosaville, 20 to Hastings Street. A two person canoe (provided with life jackets) provides wilderness-like paddling experience, including through the bush to Lake Cooroibah. We even had a kangaroo and joey join us one evening as we sat by the fire which was very special. We took our kayak down the creek which was great for paddling and a fish. The house is comfortable but quiet close to the other residence on the property, which may also be booked out, so something to bear in mind if you are looking for a very private retreat.
