My only criticism would be that our unit relied on a single aircon to cool all rooms but otherwise had a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable stay Beach less than 100m short walk to dog beach. Property management good humoured and efficient allowed early check in and very friendly- will stay again for sure

The property is in an excellent location, easily accessible to Kings Beach, coffee shops and walkway along the beach. The unit had all the facilities that we needed. Perhaps because of the season (winter school holidays), the area was peaceful and quiet, and there was no trouble parking a second car on the street outside.

We love to spend our holidays with our young daughters and dog. The property is very close to yhe beach and easy acces to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it for families and small dogs.

Room was wonderfully clean and fresh and perfect location. what i really appreciated was the position of the bedrooms in the back of the unit away from the road and the livnig area was open and view from patio of the beach was so relaxing and enjoyable each morning. Best sleep i have had in a unit stay. Just take a sleep mask to totally cut out the light peeping from aroung the edges of the block out curtains. Also the unit had everything you would need, even a hand juicer to do my lemon water in the morning. plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking facility very workable. Fantastic location near great cafes and a short walk to public buses and main street of caloundra shops. Loved our holiday stay

Although the property is a little older in decor it has all you need, the location is fantastic and the customer service from property manager is five stars , I would stay there again and my friends who live in colaudra will recommend to any visitors they may have and can't accommodate themselves.

Overall I had a pretty great time. Positives: very comfy bed, aircon worked well, very close to the beach with nice views. Negatives: pool was not heated, carpark is very tight. There was also a lot of dust around the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Merrima Holiday Court - was so close to the beach, good facilities so you can make it your home away from home. Great cafe a minute walk away on the beachfront with good coffee and brekky options. The caretaker at the property was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is also very secure. The only downside was that we stayed in the peak of summer and the bedrooms weren’t A/C - but they had fans and we just slept on top of the sheets so it was workable. It is an older property - but has everything you need for a family beach holiday, we will definitely be back :-)

Was a good room for the price with a view of the beach Short walk to beach, local cafe and bar. Water pressure in shower wasn't very good and our garage remote didn't work on our car park

The unit wasn’t very clean and no one had vacuumed under the dining room table and when the beds were moved in the second bedroom clearly no vacuuming had been done under the beds in sometime. Location was perfect though for the beach

location is excellent & beach view from balcony was a plus well appointed apartment.......spacious.....pretty much everything we needed underground parking very convenient and really liked trolleys to assist with moving luggage. would happily stay here again couple of little things......TV in bedroom not working.......general cleanliness good but needs a spring clean..........drawers and cupboards need wiping out, behind toilet door was dirty and switches etc. were dusty and sticky
