CHECK OUR RENTAL RATES COMPARED TO OTHER RENTAL COMPANIES ON ISLAND!!!!Updated, PET FRIENDLY with non refundable pet fee. 1 bedroom apartment located at 431 Sunset Blvd first floor. This 102 condo could not have a more perfect and desired location. No worries about finding a parking space! The apartment is located on the 1st floor and comes with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. It also has a washer/dryer on the premises that is free to use by guests. This apartment is a perfect size for 2 to 3 people (King bed and twin sleeper), or those traveling with a child. Enjoy the walk across the street to the island pier and beach and then end your evening at the pool outside your room.

This was the most beautiful and quaint little condo I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and the management was very polite and quick to respond. The beach itself is beautiful and well kept. The locals are very nice and it was the perfect location to run the Sunset Beach half marathon with Costal Productions. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Sunset Beach Getaway
We really enjoyed our short stay in Sunset Beach. This property was clean and well maintained. It’s a short walk to the beach and it was very quiet at the end of September. The pool was even still open! Nice common area with picnic tables and corn hole games set up. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo at Sunset Beach
Being able to quickly walk to the beach was wonderful. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a fantastic location, close to everything.

Can’t beat the location. Pool was nice
Upstairs people were way noisy. Dresser was a little shabby. Rug at foot of the bed was either stained or didn’t appear to be clean. We expected the bathroom to be dated. Overall, it was better than we expected. In a pinch, we’d stay on the first floor again. Price was fair. Continental Condominiums…some are weekly rentals but the couple we met had a 4-night deal.

Fabulous!
Saying this property was fabulous is an understatement! It was very clean well stocked with dishes and linens. The host was super communicative and very accommodating. The location is amazing directly across the street from a great market with a coffee shop, The Island Market. The weather wasn’t perfect but a rainy day at the beach is better than any day anywhere else. I really enjoyed my stay. As I said, fabulous is an understatement. I will definitely be back.
