No water pressure in shower. I couldn’t even wash my hair. You had to hold the handle for an extended period of time to flush toilet. Room smelled musty. Very small workout facility…and the room was extremely hot. AC unit in window was not working. I already canceled my reservations for next weekend. Very disappointing.

No manuals how to work the TV. When reported to the desk she was overwhelmed with checking in other customers. Should have been more than one person there. However upon check out the man who was updating the rooms or cleaning them was extremely pleasant and helpful. After the desk complaint about the TV and the AC not working properly whomever, possibly a Mike, all was working when we returned to the hotel after gambling.
