Apr. 8, 2019Worth the trip very interesting! Also has a free shuttle to go to Beale Street which was nice if you don’t have a car (I think it also does Graceland and one other stop)

Carla Edwin’s went above and beyond to help us after we checked in. We needed to print an important document and, even though she was headed out the door to go home, she helped us as we were having difficulty. She was so professional and friendly. Because of Carla, we would highly recommend staying at Hotel Insigo. The room was ver nice and the location was perfect for walking to our favorite food/music venue The Rum Boogie Cafe. Thank you Carla for your patience and help.

The shower did not have any hot water and service had to be called. They fixed this quickly and we were good to go. The bathroom door was not able to stay closed.
