Located along the 15th fairway of the golf course, with gorgeous views of Mount Morrisey and the Valley, this cozy unit is ready to host your friends and/or family. This unit is close to the Orient Chairlift with ski-in/out access and a short walk from the network of Nordic Trails. The unit features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and ski storage right outside your front door. The unit boasts an open concept living space with the fully equipped kitchen having breakfast bar seating for 4, and the living room can comfortably seat 5\. Enjoy the panaoramic views this unit features from the brand new private hot tub, installed October 2025\. The condo can sleep a maximum of 6 guests. Ski-out: To ski-out walk to the West end of the complex, you will be back on the Powder Heights ski in-out trail, which will take you to the Orient chairlift.
