It was a great location but we were on the first floor closest to the highway and there was a lot of road/traffic noise through the night. It wouldn't hurt if the water pressure was a little better. Other than that, it was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great! They even had gluten free muffins and breakfast options for me who has Celiac Disease. We would definitely stay again.

Having breakfast served at the hotel was very helpful for our family of 5. The food was great, the service of the food staff was great, and overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Overall the stay was fine, there was a basketball tournament going on and the first 3 nights were fine, but the last night we stayed, there were kids running up and down the hallways until 1230 am. We called the front desk more than once but sleep was very disrupted. We did not have housekeeping services one of the days which was not one they indicated would be omitted. Our stay otherwise was uneventful.

We were in the 2 bedroom suite. Clean and comfortable. Only minor thing: shower floor in one bathroom had stains, possibly from someone dying their hair in there? Everything else was great. Breakfast was good for a hotel, and they also serve a dinner (we didn’t eat it). Nice decor, and the staff person that checked us in was kind, and very thorough (didn’t catch his name).

Much larger than in pictures. Staff was very helpful after we had multiple housekeeping requests due to a sick kid. Laundry was free and right around the corner from our room. The breakfast buffet was very nice much more than a bagel and cereal. We couldn’t really figure out the heat situation until just before leaving but that wasn’t all that bad. Check out was seamless. Will definitely stay again.

Great customer service
It was nice. The reviews expressed the experience I received as well. I was booked for another hotel at the last minute saw they had an outbreak of bedbugs happen upon availability at your hotel, and I’ve been there over a week. My full day will be two weeks.

Breakfast buffet was eh. Sausage was way over cooked and oj was diluted with water. Waffles were pretty much only good thing we ate. While I love its a dog friendly hotel….people need to be more respectful with their pets. They need to clean up after them and keep them quiet. The floor above us must have let them out of their crate at 11pm every night and the poor things had the zoomies for over an hour. One barked continuously for 30 min.

Pet friendly?
I have a puppy. My room was on the second floor and wayyyyy down at other end of hallway. Poor guy had to walk all the way down the hall, take the elevator to the first floor and then down another long hallway just to relieve himself. Also, the other dogs that were in the hotel were obnoxiously loud. It was like the owners left them crated all day and then let them out at 11pm and they ran all over the place for quite awhile.

Breakfast and dinner buffet on certain days were complimentary. Very unexpected but appreciated. Upgraded room due to Expedia overbooking; also appreciated. Expedia cost was over $200 more than hotel charge; not appreciated.
