Come enjoy your private villa in horse country. This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment has a large bedroom with a queen bed, and a comfortable sofa in the living room that folds out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator and cookware. Located on a 5.6 acre farm, attached to a shared residence but with all separate living space and entrance. Beautiful, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. 15 min to The Villages, 10 mins to the Florida Horse Park, 30 mins to World Equestrian Center , 40 mins to HITS.

Barker wedding stay!
My girlfriend and I came to Oxford Florida for a wedding and stayed here. The residence was very nice and clean, the farm was beautiful! The host was great and was easy to get in contact with if we needed anything! I am definitely going to stay here again when I come back to Oxford!

This was a quiet, peaceful place for us to stay and very convenient to the Villages amenities. The hosts were very friendly and we had everything we needed. It is also a very good choice for budget. How nice not to have to deal with all the negatives of a hotel!

Our stay at this VRBO was perfect. Clean and comfortable, with a bonus of seeing horses, goats, and chickens. Kerri was pleasant and more than happy to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay in the quiet country away from the hustle bustle of nearby settlements. The dead end road was great for walking— very little traffic but lots of nature to enjoy. Our friendly hosts were there to respond to any need that might arise.

A perfect restful stay
This was the perfect restful place to stay. The accommodation is huge and is in an ultra quiet neighbourhood. There is a full kitchen with everything needed to self cater, plenty of hot water and towels in the bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. There’s also a desk for working at with a nice view from the window. We would definitely come back again, and wish this had been a longer trip. Thank you Kerry.

. Miscommunication on my part but Kerri made it all good. Loves the area and was extremely close the the Gypsy Gold horse farm for our tour the next morning. The place was great except for maybe needing a bathroom remodel! Thanks for your understanding Kerri

Lovely Santos mountain biking getaway
We enjoyed our getaway for biking at Santos. This place is about 20 minutes from the trails and downtown Ocala. Very affordable. More room than expected. Had everything we needed. Our host was thoughtful, responded quickly, checked in to make surr everything was going well, helped us with everything we asked for.

Wonderful farm retreat
My wife and I stayed at this property for a weekend during which we attended and participated in a wedding. It was a wonderful stay and the property is very cute with horses and even some friendly guinea fowl! The host was very friendly and communicative, and we would definitely stay again.

Peaceful retreat
We spent one night on this property that provided everything we needed, plus a tranquil, and secure location to relax. The community is in a country setting, with many owners having horses, and the property has a secure gate, that is easy to use when first entering, and clear instructions about future use. The house is attached, however, nicely done, with everything as described. We enjoyed talking to Keri about the horses and other animals. The nearest town with restaurants and grocery stores, only 5-10 minutes depending on which direction you choose. Highly recommend as a getaway!

A very comfortable, spacious "in -law suite " with private entrance and full kitchen. Tucked in a lovely quiet horse neighborhood. Owner Keri was welcoming and we enjoyed seeing her animals. Highly recommend and we will stay here whenever we are in the area again.

A Perfect Month in Florida
We truly enjoyed our time with Keri and her family. They were very gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome and had nice welcome gifts for us upon our arrival. Everything was what we had expected and the pictures were very accurate. It was very well furnished and they provided everything we needed for our month's stay. It was a very relaxing and quiet surroundings and the location was excellent and everything we needed was in close proximity. Keri was very attentive to our needs, wanted to make sure we had what we needed and we always enjoyed visiting with her. We enjoyed ourselves very much!
