The lake in the early morning and evening is so calm, just sit back and take it all in. In the early morning, you can see the mist lifting off the lake, perfect for that classic cottage picture.If you enjoy bass fishing, this lake is a great choice. We caught a great number of 3 to 4 pounders.Gary is very passionate about astronomy as many previous renters have mentioned. He shared his vast knowledge with us. "Great communication with the owner. Location was easy to find. Good parking for 2 cars. Nice simple amenities. Very clean and comfortable. A few extra fans would have been appreciated as there is no a/c. A portable unit was avaliable. Lots of outdoor seating. Very calm bay. Views were so nice! Kayaks and paddle boat were fun to use. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The bunk house was very cool for kids. It was a 10m drive to town if you needed anything. We had a wonderful stay. Would return!! "

"Exactly as stated! This spot was great for 4 people. Be sure to read the whole listing and reviews. The cabin was SO cute ! The lake was nice as it was a quiet lake, not like the neighbouring Bob’s Lake. Which was amazing for the paddle boards and the kayaks that they provide. AND they left a cute little package when we arrived. Would come back! 10/10"
