"The best location in Istanbul, just a block in front of the blue Mosque, the most spectacular view in the world. Super safe area, public transportation that connects with every interesting place at only 1 block from the hotel also. Shopping center, coffee shops. Amazing!!!! The Staff went over and beyond, I wish I can remember all their names. Esfeven the waitress from breakfast a truly hospitality professionaI. The front desk, restaurant manager at dinner time… EVERYONE, definitely will come back to this hotel if I return to this wonderful city."

"Very nice and spacious room, Very, VERY clean. Cold A/C. Shower pressure was great! Updated bathroom. We were greeted with a plate of fruit and a welcome letter in our room which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The bad of the room was.. The beds were very hard, they could use a memory foam mattress pad, there were no comforters or extra blankets and there was no iron in the room. Not the end of the world. Still loved it! The staff was wonderful, respectful courteous and friendly. The hotel has a beautiful spa that is open to all guests. Hotel is located in an excellent area, lots of shopping, dining, bars and coffee houses around. All in All it was a homerun!"

"Beautiful room at the top floor with an incredible view of the bosphorus. Desk staff were uniformly wonderful and helpful. My wife complained that the air-conditioning was blowing on her and they came and changed the orientation of the ceiling. Grid to make it blow in different direction. Also, the breakfast was varied and delicious. Only two downsides: don’t use their service to do laundry, it’s expensive and badly done. Also our toilet seat broke, and the manager was obnoxious and wanted us to pay for it. The lovely woman at the front desk, however, said that that’s ridiculous and didn’t charge us.."
