"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "
"Great little hotel with exceptional staff! They went out of their way to assist with whatever I needed. Breakfast served daily was delicious - a mixture of local cuisine and always fresh fruit! The hotel is located in a quiet area of Cairo. "
"I have travelled a lot around the world and have stayed at 5 & 6 star hotels and I have to say this property and the staff who work in the hotel are one of the best I have ever experienced. From reception, concierge, room cleaning, and room service, it was superb! If you are looking for a 6 star experience, this is the place, thank you Kempinski and Staff❤️"
