We love our stayed at this hotel, the room is very clean, friendly staff, always enjoyed our breakfast. This is the best hotel in town, highly recommended.

Good gym and pool!

As always, the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Breakfast was impressive, gym and pool were great, staff are very friendly. I forgot my phone adapter so the hotel loaned me one then the concierge drove me to the store so I could buy one. That is going above and beyond my expectations!

Our complete experience was terrific! All areas of the hotel were spotless. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with the TV which we didn’t watch much was very good and the wifi was stable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment enough to please everyone no matter what they preferred for breakfast. The staff kept the serving plates full and were always there to help and even get for you anything you wanted. I can’t say enough about how well the staff at breakfast and as well...

Travelled with kids, receptionist was kind and helpful to get us a connecting room. Clean, great water pressure, awesome sea view!

Inexpensive, “boutique “ property. English ability varied significantly. Staff was always polite. Limited variety of food but always tasty. Nice breakfast. Reasonably convenient to Losari Beach area but a bit far to walk in the heat.

This is the best Best Western that we have been to in a long time. The corner sea view room was so nice. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful.

Check-in was painless, room was clean and comparable to another Novotel hotels. Dinner buffet is preffereable to limited menu Some minor maintenance required; 2/3 of a closet door hinges were unattached, the temperature control kept blinking"Err" , so no clue what it was trying to set.

Wow - what a beautiful room! Large, clean and so contemporary - lovely city view but close to the popular Losari Beach and malecon! The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and advice.
