Sehr großes Hotel. Saubere Zimmer. Wir haben eine Nacht verbracht und es waren überwiegend busreisende Rentner unterwegs. An der Rezeption wurden wir direkt angefaucht, wir sollen unser Auto wegfahren, weil gleich ein Bus kommt. Keine Info zu Essenszeiten oder sonstigen Aktivitäten des Hotels bekommen. An der Bar mussten wir die Streitgespräche/Diskussionen der Angestellten anhören, deutsch spricht hier fast niemand. In der Nacht begann die Heitung zu klopfen und pochen. Naja, eine schlaflose Nacht halten wir schon aus - kein Grund sich nachts darüber zu beschweren. Am nächsten Morgen beim bezahlen bekamen wir wortlos die Rechnung und auf den Hinweis sich die Heizung anzusehen wurde nur mit einem Schulterzucken reagiert. Sorry, aber diese Unfreundlichkeit machen das tolle Frühstück und auch die schöne Gegend zunichte...

Überglücklich sind wir, dass unser Kundenwunsch erfüllt wurde und wir die herrliche Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer ganz oben genießen konnten - vielen Dank dafür! Man hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und das Schwimmbad trug auch sehr zur Erholung bei. Einzig und allein unangenehm berührt waren wir, als wir keinen Platz beim Frühstück fanden und uns zu einem älteren Paar ins leere À-la-carte-Restaurant gesellten. Eine Bedienung "komplementierte" uns mit all unserem Geschirr in den vollen Nebenraum, in dem sie uns von gerade aufgestandenen Gästen den Tisch sehr lieblos bereitete. Wir wären in wenigen Minuten mit dem Frühstück fertig gewesen, doch die Dame duldete keinen Aufschub, obwohl unser verlassener Tisch dann so blieb wie er war... - von Personal eines so guten Hauses hätten wir mehr Empathie und Kulanz für unseren Alternativplatz erwartet. Das hat unsere Freude doch schon etwas getrübt. Schade, denn alles andere hat zu einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen!
