The Accommodation
The apartment is like new, furnished in a modern style, and located in the penthouse of an attractive architect-designed villa.
The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building

The apartment consists of:
-a modern living room with a leather sofa, flat-screen Internet TV, and a workspace (laptop desk, chair, guest Wi-Fi with 23:30-6:00Uhr night mode)
- a dining area with a table and chairs,
- a bedroom with a 160-wide bed and a dresser
- and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

- The spacious rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight and is available for our guests to use.

- Electric roller shutters and blinds
- Triple-glazed windows
- Home ventilation system with a particulate filter, virus filter, and bacteria filter that exchanges the air 5 times a day. This eliminates the need for manual ventilation.

Thanks to its immediate proximity to “Blühendes Barock,” the walk to Ludwigsburg Palace (10-minute walk) and downtown (20-minute walk) is particularly pleasant. From here, you can also reach Favoriten Palace in 10 minutes; with its zoo, it’s ideal for jogging or a leisurely stroll. Public transportation is just a few minutes’ walk away.
