The main staff person working the help desk, was incredible rude, and I was basically yelling at me and making snide comments. He should he fired immediately.

Weekend get away
It is beautiful, the rooms are small, but we got an upgrade to one of the few bigger rooms. because of covid, there aren't many room amenities. Quiet on the back of the hotel. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. We chose the hotel for the location to walk to the gardens/zoo across the river. Lovely area with nice restaurants and history.

This hotel is well located next to the U-bahn and a 5 min walk to the S-bahn via the small shopping centre opposite. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby with the old town just behind the hotel. Despite being so close to everything the hotel is in a relatively quiet location being on a side street slightly away from the main road. Only disappointments were room size is quite small and no bath only a shower

Location perfect for attending a gig at Schleyer-Halle. Staff were very helpful and made us extremely welcome as we arrived almost a day late. Breakfast buffet was good value and the coffee was much needed. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We only wish we had arrived on time so we couldve fully enjoyed our time in Stuttgart.

No amenities, but there were blackout curtains, so that was nice. The bed and pillows are hard and to big. But it was easy to park, with easy access to all forms of ground transport.

Excellent value for money, not biggest rooms but everything I needed at a high standard, no desk so not suited if you want to sit up all night working but otherwise very happy to recommend.

Was very convenient to my activities. Hotel very clean. Professional English speaking staff. Full breakfast buffet. Convenient to tram (U Bahnhofstrasse) and fairly convenient to S Bahnhofstrasse.

GREAT business hotel.
Surprisingly great motel!!! Clean, perfectly functional (all you need in a small space - such as USB charge points, international TV channels, free wifi, nice shampoo...) and conveniently located. Friendly reception and restaurant staff; the breakfast is fresh and I was impressed with the staff using a slow time to clean all the displays until traffic picked up again, they take pride in their work space.

rooms are small but comfortable and clean could be better maintained, service is just ok, breakfast was nice but nothing to rave about, the hotel has parking but limited spaces and can not be guaranteed. located near train station which is very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Das Personal sehr nett und alles sauber. Frühstück war ok. Das Zimmer war zu klein und ist nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung war nicht so schön und man fühlte sich besonders wenn es dunkel war nicht wohl. Zum Glück gab es gegenüber dem Hotel ein weiteres Parkhaus da das vom Hotel sehr klein ist. Dieses ist sogar billiger.

Sehr nettes Personal ! Hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Gute Lage in Nähe der U & S-Bahn. Reichlich Restaurants im Umfeld für jeden Geschmack. Zimmer in unterschiedlicher Größe, teilweise mit Balkon. Frühstück in guter Qualität und Auswahl. Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel oder gegenüber.

Die Mitarbeiter am Check- in und am Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war das Parkhaus besetzt (Ausweichmöglichkeit gegenüber der Strasse), das Zimmer sehr klein, das Bett unbequem. Am Abend wollten wir einen Drink an der Bar nehmen. Leider hat uns die Barmitarbeiterin solange ignoriert, bis wir ohne Drink wieder gegangen sind.
