You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

On a total of approx. 60 sqm of living space you will find a completely newly renovated apartment, which will promise you a pleasant stay in this great location as soon as you enter. A stringent, bright and well thought-out design is just one of the highlights of this apartment in addition to the fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a smart TV with Netflix.  
  
With its box spring bed, the apartment offers space for two guests and is divided into the following areas:  
  
\- Bathroom with shower tray, toilet, fresh towels and shower gel / shampoo  
\- Living area with sofa, uplighter, TV with Netflix subscription and living room table  
\- Dining area with table and three chairs  
\- Work area with table, chair and reading lamp

The location of the apartment is characterized by a very central location, so that all the shops of daily life are only a few minutes' walk away. At the same time, public transport is only a few steps away.  
The nearest fitness studio is only a 15-minute walk away.Restaurants, bars and other options to end the evening are in the direction of the city center.  
It is approx. 4 km to the Bosch development center. You can take the bus directly to the development center.  
  
You will receive a free welcome set with tea and coffee from us. We also provide vegan shower gel & shampoo free of charge.  
  
High-quality bed linen from Erwin-Müller and freshly washed towels are standard in all of our apartments.
