There are 2 large living areas that face the sea. Both of these have televisions with full Sky TV. Sliding doors can separate these areas. One is a lounge and the other is a large tiled dining area including the large kitchen. 3 sets of bi-fold doors open up to outdoor concrete and timber decking areas. All this with views to the sea that is 150 metres to the seas edge. It offers a relaxed environment perfect to enjoy the wonderful views to the west and south. The BBQ and outdoors furniture is set up to enjoy those very surroundings. While so close to enjoy the great bush walk of the Point Elizabeth track. Plenty of space for car parking safely off the road. Wonderful comfortable home with stunning views. We enjoyed the kitchen and BBQ. Beds were comfortable with those gorgeous views from the principal rooms. Steve very responsive and answered quickly. He even mailed my glasses to me. We just loved being a bit out if town and used the house as a base to explore the west coast and pancake rocks. We had excellent weather and stunning sunsets over dinner, which we made every night in the large and well-supplied kitchen. A few of us needed to remote work, and again the open nature and passing wekas made that enjoyable. The rest of us took day trips to Punakaiki, Arthurs Pass, or fishing on the Grey, all reasonable drives. An excellent place to stay in the region.
