"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. I did see the €50 charge between brackets but I thought it was something optional and this this is why I went for this property otherwise I would’ve gone for other cheaper maybe better accommodation. ...

Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. Overpriced for an apartment with no air!"

"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"Aangenaam verrast door dit appartement. Alles was er om er een fijne week te verblijven. De skibus stopte 50 meter van het appartement en kwam zeer vaak op een dag waardoor we nooit lang moesten wachten. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. We kregen nog een aandenken bij het vertrek, wat de eigenares nog kwam brengen toen we buiten en vertrekkensklaar stonden. Kortom: hele fijne plek, in de rust en toch dichtbij het drukke Solden. Aanrader! Enige minpunt misschien: slechts 4 messen, 4 lepels en 4 vorken...

"Richtig schöne Hütte mit einem sehr schönen Gastraum und toller Schanktheke. Ideal für Selbstversorger. Getränke oder Fassbier kann man aber alles gegen einen Afpreis vom Hüttenbesitzer anliefern lassen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. "Appartamento ben arredato e completo di tutto. Asciugamani e lenzuola forniti. Parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa. Molto comodo è risultato un piccolo locale separato dove riporre valigie, attrezzatura da montagna, passeggino ecc. Daniela gentilissima, presente, ma discreta. Sarete vicinissimi alla partenza di numerose escursioni senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Un tavolino e due sdrai antistanti la porta d’ingresso sono utili se volete sorseggiare un caffè o un bicchiere di vino....

"Check-in was really hard. No directions. We didn't have an apartment number and had to try every combination of locks to find where we were. There was also jackhammering all day right below us. If we were home all day it would have driven me crazy. Wish we knew ahead of time about that. Beautiful views from the deck. Owner nickel and dimes you including on toilet paper. Pretty crazy."
