The house is perfect, well-maintained, stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property managers are exceptional and respond quickly and pleasantly. The house is airy and the furnishings lovely. We fully enjoy the location and the pool is an extra plus. This year we sat on the dock and watched many, many manatees! It was so cool. There is so much to do in the area. But it was also great when we stayed in. We fished off the dock and watched manatees, right out the back door. It was amazing! We loved everything about it. It was very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. My family loved everything about this house, from the private pool, to the boat lift, which allowed us to be in the inlet in minutes. As for the hosts, Ana and her husband thought of absolutely everything, and really went above and beyond what I ever expected. We travel a lot as a family, and of all the places we’ve visited, these were by far the best hosts we’ve ever had! If you’re thinking about renting this house, do it. The owners were wonderful hosts. They have a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful heated pool and in an awesome location! The owners went above in beyond during our stay - there was a storm one night and had someone out there the very next morning to make sure the pool was cleaned out for us. They were in contact with us to ensure our stay was enjoyable! The details and touches to guest bath towels embroidered with “guests” logos and “makeup”, the detailed binder to make sure we knew all details of the home and area.
