The perfect family & pet-friendly vacation home in the heart of Downtown Stuart just 10 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to an amazing family-friendly park! The Space Walk up the country-style entrance to the large wrap-around front porch, where you will find an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lovely tropical seating area. THE LIVING ROOM The living room is cozy and warm with its 1938 Pine flooring & Cypress ceilings, you will love the warm woods & historic fireplace & French doors. You will find a large L-shaped sofa with a smart app streaming T.V. and a sound bar. The T.V. offer cable channels also. To the left of the living room is another seating area with 4 Adirondack style armchairs surrounding the historic fireplace and a cabinet filled with games. THE DINING ROOM The dining room is off the living room space & kitchen for easy service and has seating for 6 guests. Surrounded by the rich warm woods and large windows, it's a wonderful place to dine with family and friends. THE KITCHEN A lovely Farmhouse kitchen with white cabinetry and pops of unique blue countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and all the necessary glassware and dinner service. THE BEDROOMS Primary Bedroom sits at the end of the hallway. It has a King bed, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with a Cypress wood ceiling and a true rustic farmhouse feel. The 3rd Bedroom is a trundle bedroom which can sleep 2 guests. There is a personal desk with desk chair for remote workers or students. THE BATHROOMS The beautifully upgraded Primary bathroom has a marble double sink vanity and a bath/ shower combination decorated with new marbled tiles. There is a hairdryer, small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The 2nd Bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 & 3\. There is a step in the shower. THE LAUNDRY There is a Maytag washer & dryer in the laundry area and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS We have a pack n play with sheets and a high chair. There are also baby/ toddler/ kids books and some toys. THE PRIVATE GUEST HOUSE The stunning newly upgraded private Guest House is located outside the main house and attached to the pool deck. With a comfortable King Bed, Cypress wood ceilings, living room area with Smart TV & Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker and counter seating. There is a white wicker dining set for 4, an additional sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a shower. THE OUTDOORS The outdoors is amazing! There is a lovely pool (which can be heated upon request and daily fee) with 4 pool loungers fully fenced in overlooking the yard. There are some pool floats and beach towels provided. There is a firepit area surrounded with Adirondack chairs under the gorgeous trees. THE SHED Inside the shed you will find beach chairs & umbrellas for the beach conveniently located minutes away. PETS We welcome pets with a paid non-refundable pet fee per pet. Max 2 allowed. (only dogs, no cats). Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. THINGS TO NOTE: Must be 30 or older to book. Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. The main house has amazing character with nice large bedrooms and good size bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances and well supplied. The location is covenient to everything you could want or need, and the neighborhood lovely and peaceful. The cottage is at the end of a cul de sac and there is a little pocket park next door. Our dog loved chasing bunnies in the fenced yard out back. Our only regret was the unusually cold wet weather that kept us from enjoying the large veranda and the pool as much as we might have done. I don’t know about you but I’m tired of staying in cookie cutter places - the Seaside Treasure is anything but generic. The house includes unique design details such as pecky cypress paneling, interesting sconces and light fixtures, a charming kitchen, beautiful tropical gardens and a very wide sitting porch great for family gatherings. We also appreciated all the pragmatic details such as washer and dryer, and convenient ice makers as well as items for entertaining - the pool, a fire pit, board games and tvs. A huge bonus was that we were sold to bring our dog with us. There was plenty of common space for a multigenerational group - and plenty of personal space as well, especially for those who were working virtually. I think it is about 3/4 mile to beautiful downtown Stuart- so a nice walk or, if you bring your bike, it’s an easy ride. And it’s a straight shot to gorgeous Stuart Beach, which is maybe 10 mins away- just across scenic Stuart Causeway. I highly recommend this cottage and all it has to offer. Just remember it embraces an Old Florida way of life which is somewhat quirky, a little rustic, very tropical and not at all stuffy. ##### Kimberly S. Great location, nice neighborhood and only 1 mile from downtown Stuart and all the restaurants and shops. House was charming and just as pictured. Front porch was perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a nice breeze from the water (across the street). Was there for a week with my husband, two kids, mother in-law, two small dogs and had plenty of room for everyone. This house delivered everything we hoped for, and then some. The size was perfect for our family. We offered my in-laws the pool house, which gave them private space while still being part of the action. Meanwhile, the kids love the trundle bed - a big win for our youngest who's ready to make the transition from crib to "big kid" bed.Our kids left the house part fish after spending countless hours in the pool. Between all that swimming and the Florida sunshine, bedtime was a breeze each night.My wife, a Stuart native, enjoyed the property so much she left wanting to buy it because it reminded her of “being on a boat” - a plus in a water town like Stuart - but without the cramped quarters. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is perfectly situated for exploring Stuart and the surrounding area, and the property itself had thoughtful touches that make a vacation with kids actually feel like a vacation - books, games, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.If you're looking for a family-friendly rental in Stuart that pleases everyone from grandparents to toddlers (and parents too), we highly recommend this house. It’s beautiful but the doors & locks were hard to deal with, kept getting locked in & out. Door knobs broken, concrete broken. Lights not working. Broken gate by pool. We had to buy all new pool floats. We had to extend our stay 4 more nites $1000 more. We only stayed 3 nites, they wouldn’t refund.
