This suite, #5, is a fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. Also, #5 has been updated with a walk-in shower and brand new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops throughout! Enjoy our amazing waterfront views! The Space: Free amenities included in nightly rate! Pool! Paddle boards BBQ grills Bikes (beach cruisers) Kayaks with floating dock to launch from property Beach chairs Fenced in Dog Park Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (may vary for Holidays, events, seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have a $85/pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet. No smoking within 25ft of the building! We have a designated smoking area on the south side of the property with a picnic table over looking the water. Guest Access: Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, bikes, beach chairs and kayaks! The Neighborhood: Stuart is known for its small town charm and sailfish suites is no exception. Located in the heart of the manatee pocket, Sailfish suites in just minutes away from local shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars and more. Getting Around: Traffic is normally very light and easy. \-20 min walk to down town Port Salerno \-über is also available \-plenty of parking on site as well \-docking is also available for our guests looking to bring a boat, kayak or paddle boards Other Things to Note: Hey, I'm Patrick. I am a stuart, Florida native and I love to show guests why Stuart is so great. If I can not accommodate your original request please message me and I am sure I can help find the right place for you. We have over 50 furnished properties in the Stuart, Fl area ranging from water front beach house to studio apartments down town.
