Summary: This beautiful, first floor, 600 sqft 1/1 is full furnished with all the amenities of home and more. Suite #2, is fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. The living room, dinning room and kitchen have an open concept layout and perfect for everything from a weekend getaway to an extended stay guest! Enjoy our beautiful waterfront views and our amazing new pool! The Space: Free amenities included in nightly rate! Paddle boards bbq grills Bikes (beach cruisers) Kayaks with floating dock to launch from property Beach chairs Fenced in Dog Park Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have a $85/pet fee, per pet and a 2 pet maximum. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $185/per pet. No smoking within 25ft of the building! We have a designated smoking area on the south side of the property with a waterfront picnic table. Guest Access: Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, bikes, beach chair, paddle boards and kayaks!
